Do you sell parts?

We provide appliance repair service. If parts are needed for repairs, most of the time our technicians will have them in the truck/van, or they will order parts, and once they get the parts technicians will schedule a part installation appointment to complete the repair. Apart from appliance repair we do not sell parts.

How much is the service call?

For most home appliances service call is only $35, which is waved upon repair completion. On foreign appliances like Miele and ASKO, for some commercial appliances, or for afterhours, weekends or holidays appointments discounted service call can range from $45 to $95.

Can you give an estimate over the phone?

In order to give an estimate we first need to diagnose the problem with your appliance. In order to diagnose the problem or professional appliance repair technicians need to be next to the appliance to inspect it. We do not base estimates on other companies' diagnostics, because many times those diagnostics are not accurate. The companies that give estimates on the phone often misquote customers with low estimates. Our estimates are based only on our own authorized appliance repair technicians' diagnostics. Our low and affordable service call fee includes free diagnostic and written estimate. If we do repair your appliance, the service call fee is waived.

What is the labor charge?

Labor charge is based on many factors, including appliance brand, make, model, type of repair. A lot of time replacing the same part on different brands of appliances, or different models of the same brand and type of appliance, or even different modification of the same brand, type and model can vary. Therefore, we do not charge per hour. Labor charge can be only estimated after appliance inspection and diagnostic is complete, so technician know exactly what needs to be done.

How long does it take to get the parts?

Most of the time technicians will have parts in the truck/van, so they can complete appliance repair the same day. However, since it's impossible to carry all possible parts in stock, there can be occasions when we'll have to order parts and schedule part installation for another day. If the parts are in stock at one of our authorized factory suppliers, we can get the parts within several days. If the parts are not available, then it can take anything from two weeks to two months.

Do I have to be present at the time of repair?

You don't have to be physically present. Instead, you can delegate another person of at least 18 years of age to make decisions about appliance repair for you.

Do you provide appliance installation service?

We provide appliance repair and maintenance services for all brands, makes and models. On a case-by-case basis we can provide appliance installation service, however, not for all appliances, types and brands. Please call us to provide more details.

We provide appliance repair and maintenance services for all brands, makes and models. We do not sell appliances.

What types of payments do you accept?

For appliance repair services you can pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club), check or cash.

Where is your company located?

We are your local appliance repair company servicing entire Orange County, Riverside and parts of LA and San Diego Counties with offices in Southern California. Dispatched appliance repair technicians are always local to you, so you won't pay extra travel charges.

Are your technicians KitchenAid, Amana, Maytag, GE, Viking, Sub-Zero etc. authorized?

Depending on your appliance brand and type we will dispatch to you an authorized technician who has extensive training, expertise and experience in the appliance that needs service. Our technicians have 5-15 years experience working on all different kind of appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, coolers, dishwashers, garbage disposals, stoves, ovens, ranges, cooktops, vent hoods, dryer vents, microwaves, trash compactors, dryers, washers et c.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

As required by law we provide 30 days warranty on labor and 90 days on all installed parts. However, warranty on parts will vary depending on appliance brand, type, model and installed parts, and can be up to 5 years.
