Last week, my Viking stove broke. The repair man they sent out, was friendly, took time to explain all about my oven / stove and what the problem was, how he is going to fix it and what I can do to prevent it. Very educational. He made sure everything was working before leaving. Now the stove is working better than ever. One of the igniters didn't work too. He replaced it as well.
