Agree with everyone, one of the best appiance repair service: friendly, knowledgeable, clean, etc. Replaced drain pump in my Bosch dishwasher, removed calcium deposits, and fixed our Roper cloth washer. It works like new now.

Joining the chorus of raves for Al & Brothers Appliance Repairs! About 2 months ago our Whirlpool gas dryer let out a loud sound and stopped working. Found you guys on the internet, called the 800 number. The technician came promptly. He immediately figured out that the belt had snapped, had gotten a replacement from his van, and installed it. He also replaced the old dryer ductwork that had a hole and adjusted the feet so my Whirlpool washer would not shake. This company has honest and forthright people working for them who I can fully recommend for any appliance problem.

Jeff was great. He came right within the small 2 hour window as promised. Timeliness is really important because we are relying on our tenants to be home. Unfortunately, our washer/dryer combo was very old. He was honest and said would be more cost effective for us to replace it rather than repair it. He even recommended what brand I should buy. I would definitely use them again!! Trip/quote charge was $35. Well worth it, when Sears charges a lot more just to look at it!
